Preuss Teamrahmen aus Columbus Altec Rohrsatz mit edler Campagnolo Record 11 Fach Carbon Gruppe  - Neoklassiker -  RH56cm

Diesen Rahmen kaufte ich vor einiger Zeit in einem Frankreich - Urlaub als Komplettrad aufgebaut mit einer Dura Ace Gruppe. Das Rad gehörte einem ehemaligen französischen Amateurfahrer, der damit Rennen gefahren ist. Er selber schwärmte von dem Rad und gab es ungern ab. Die Lackierung war eher "Neunziger - gewöhnungsbedürftig", der Rahmen aber der Wahnsinn. Die Verarbeitung, dies sah man schon auf den ersten Blick, war ein Traum. Ich bin damit im Urlaub einige Touren gefahren und war schwer begeistert. Zurück in Deutschland konnte ich dann die Anbauteile für ein anderes Projekt gebrauchen, der Rahmen sollte aber mal meiner werden. Und wie es dann so ist, kommen neue Projekte, neue Räder und der Rahmen hing ewig im Laden. Jetzt entschloss ich mich dazu, den Rahmen als Neoretro - Projekt mit modernen Komponenten aufzubauen. Der Lack musste dazu einem "Celeste" weichen und eine edle Campagnolo Record 11 Fach Carbon Gruppe fand dann auch den Weg zu mir. Was für eine tolle Gruppe! Gewicht und Mechanik sind dann doch etwas komplett anderes im Vergleich zu dem Material, mit dem ich sonst so täglich arbeite. Was noch fehlte, war ein edler Laufradsatz. Auch da fand ich etwas richtig tolles - Mavic Ksyrium SL Exalith mit passenden Reifen im Neuzustand runden dann diese Maschine ab. Das Rad wiegt so wie abgebildet gerade einmal etwas über 7,5 kg.

Ich bin verliebt, will damit selber auf die Straße, brauche allerdings nicht noch ein Rad. Da es wahrscheinlich maximal 1-3 Ausfahrten bei mir bekommen würde, kann es lieber seinem neuen Besitzer Freude machen.

Ein echt tolles Rad - eine Rennmaschine in wunderschöner Optik.

I bought this frame some time ago on holiday in France as a complete bike with a Dura Ace groupset. The bike belonged to a former French amateur rider who used to race it. He himself raved about the bike and was reluctant to give it away. The paintwork took a bit of getting used to in the nineties, but the frame was amazing. The workmanship, you could see at first glance, was a dream. I rode it a few times on holiday and was very enthusiastic. Back in Germany, I could use the add-on parts for another project, but the frame was supposed to be mine. And as it happens, new projects come along, new bikes and the frame hung in the shop for ages. Now I decided to use the frame as a Neoretro project with modern components. The paint had to give way to Celeste and a noble Campagnolo Record 11-speed carbon group found its way to me. What a great groupset! Weight and mechanics are something completely different compared to the material I usually work with on a daily basis. What was still missing was a classy wheelset. I found something really great there too - Mavic Ksyrium SL Exalith with matching tyres in new condition then round off this machine. The bike weighs just over 7kg as pictured.

I am in love, want to take it out on the road myself, but don't need another bike. As it would get a maximum of 1-3 rides with me, it can rather please its new owner.
