Bianchi Specialissima Super Leggera 1982 - Campagnolo Super Record 

Bianchi ist das älteste noch existierende Fahrradunternehmen der Welt, das 1885 von Eduardo Bianchi in Mailand, Italien, gegründet wurde. Mit dem Namen und dem typischen "Celeste" verbindet wohl jeder, der den Radsport und alte Rennmaschinen liebt, etwas.

In der gesamten 135-jährigen Geschichte von Bianchi stellen die Namen "Campione del mondo" und etwas später dann die "Specialissima" Modelle den Höhepunkt der Straßenmaschinen-Legende dar. Die "Specialissima" Rahmen wurde Ende der 1950er Jahre als Nachfolger des berühmten Modells "Campione del mondo" eingeführt und ist bis heute Bianchis Topmodell.

Anfang der 1970er Jahre kehrte Bianchi als Hauptsponsor des Bianchi-Campagnolo-Teams in das Profi-Peloton zurück. Die Mannschaft war die Fortsetzung der Mannschaft Salvarani unter der Leitung von Vittorio Adorni, dem Sieger des Giro d'Italia von 1965 und Weltmeister von 1968. Die Mannschaft Bianchi-Campagnolo war damals eine der stärksten Mannschaften mit den Weltmeistern Marino Basso und Felice Gimondi 1972 und 1973 an Bord.

Das hier vorgestellte Rad ist ein Specialissima Super Leggera aus dem September des Jahres 1982. "Super Leggera" bedeutet , dass dies die leichtetsen Rahmen waren, die Bianchi seinen Teams und Kunden Anfang der Achtziger zur Verfügung gestellt hat. Aufgebaut ist das Rad natürlich auch nur mit den besten Parts der damaligen Zeit. Nahezu alle Teile sind pantographiert und ebenfalls in einem tollen Zustand. Wer einmal versucht hat diese Bremsen, Bremshebel, Kettenblätter und Vorbau + 3ttt Superleggero Lenker zu finden, der weiß, dass die Suche auch gerne einmal Jahre dauern kann. Hier passt alles. Ein leichter Laufradsatz mit 28 Speichen rundet die Maschine hier ab.

Das Celeste ist einfach eine magische Farbe und löst wohl in jedem Liebhaber alter klassischer Rennräder Gefühle aus. Ein frühes Specialissima in diesem Zustand zu finden, ist schon etwas Besonderes.

Ich glaube für ein Bianchi Specialissima braucht man nicht mehr viele weitere Worte aufzubringen. Die Bilder sprechen hier sicher schon für sich.

Dieses Rad ist Kulturgut - man kann es fahren, man kann es als Kunstwerk an die Wand hängen, oder sich einfach nur freuen, ein solches Rad besitzen zu dürfen.

In the entire 135-year history of Bianchi, the names "Campione del mondo" and then a little later the "Specialissima" models represent the pinnacle of the road bike legend. The "Specialissima" frame was introduced in the late 1950s as the successor to the famous "Campione del mondo" model and remains Bianchi's top model to this day.

In the early 1970s, Bianchi returned to the professional peloton as the main sponsor of the Bianchi-Campagnolo team. The team was a continuation of the Salvarani team led by Vittorio Adorni, winner of the 1965 Giro d'Italia and 1968 World Champion, and the Bianchi-Campagnolo team was one of the strongest teams at the time with 1972 and 1973 World Champions Marino Basso and Felice Gimondi on board.

The bike presented here is a Specialissima Super Leggera from September of 1982. "Super Leggera" means that these were the lightest frames that Bianchi provided to its teams and customers in the early eighties.
